The present study on “Characterization of tamarind accessions for morphometric traits and phytochemical composition” was carried out at Department of Horticulture, College of Agriculture, UAS, GKVK, Bangalore, during 2018-19 and 2019-20. The experiment was laid out in a Randomized Block Design with three replications and twenty two accessions with the objective to find out the superior fruit characters and phytochemical parameters genotypes. Significant variations were observed among the genotypes with respect to fruit characters and quality parameters. |
