All medical staff in the hospital is responsible for participating in quality management activities to renovate and perfect the health system towards fairness efficiency and development to create favorable opportunities for all people to be protected cared for and improve their health with increasing quality. Moreover taking care of children s health is a very important task of the whole society. Therefore this study was conducted with the following objectives To assess the satisfaction level of mothers who bring their children to follow-up clinic and mothers whose children are hospitalized and related factors at the Pediatric Department Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital. Methods A cross-sectional descriptive research method study was conducted on 72 mothers whose children visited the follow-up clinic and 72 mothers whose children were inpatient at the Pediatrics Department Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital during February 2020 to October 2020.
