In the process some solutions were taken into account KEYWORDS and recommended to enhance the quality of students English speaking skill. The qualitative and quantitative method were used. Data collected English Speaking skill from 160 students of K15 Pharmacy revealed that the difficulties in Difficulties in English Speaking English speaking skill are mainly the limitation of vocabulary skill grammar pronunciation students own psychology the influence of English speaking teaching mother tongue and the lack of English environment to carry out methods speaking activities. This study also showed that the lecturers teaching methods were of limited influences that barrier students during the time English learning environment of speaking English. The findings of this study are highly applicable to English speaking skill the process of teaching and learning English speaking skill and provide improvement a more comprehensive view for teachers and students during the teaching and learning process to reach the level expectation.
