Đề tài này thực hiện nhằm sàng lọc chủng vi khuẩn lactic (LAB) có khả năng kháng vi khuẩn Vibrio parahaemolyticus, gây bệnh hoại tử gan tụy cấp tính trên tôm thẻ chân trắng, đồng thời xác định độ mặn thích hợp cho sự phát triển của LAB. Các chủng LAB được phân lập từ ruột cá rô phi được thu ở 2 huyện Cầu Ngang và Duyên Hải, tỉnh Trà Vinh.
