Nghiên cứu về thành phần loài của lớp chân bụng ở hệ sinh thái rừng ngập mặn Cù Lao Dung được thực hiện từ tháng 9/2019 - 3/2020. Tổng cộng có 24 điểm thu mẫu được chia thành 8 nhóm thủy vực. Alternative medium was soybean extract 20 for strain and the alternative medium for was a mixed medium in a ratio of 1 1 v v of soybean extract 20 and potatoes extract 20 . In the alternative media cell density of was 1010 CFU mL and of was 1010 CFU mL over 2 times higher than that of commercial LB media in which had cell density of 1010 CFU mL and had 109 CFU mL. e result showed that the strain had cell density of 109 CFU mL survival ratio of while the strain had cell density of 109 CFU mL survival ratio of a er drying of separately created preparations from each strain using kaolin carrier.
