The impact of transformational leadership on the quality of member exchange on proactive work behaviour of employee of e commerce in Vietnam

Research evaluates the impact of transformational leadership on team member exchange quality and employees’ proactive work behavior. Research provides more information about the factors affecting proactive work behavior and therefore suggests the direction of follow-up research as well as management implications that help enterprises enhance effectiveness and competitive advantages in today s changing e-commerce environment.
