The results of the analysis based on data from 428 staff at hotels and resorts in Nha Trang confirmed the important role of these factors. Therefore, creating an organizational climate that fosters brand loyalty and enhances brand support behaviour of staffs is essential. This is the basis for stimulating the innovation of employees. This is also the proposed theoretical framework to provide holistic view of various factors that influence employee work innovation. The results of this paper have important HR and political implications for managers and policy makers to attract talent, affirm brand value and promote employee work innovation in hospitality industry. |
