It has been demonstrated that postmastectomy radiation therapy (PMRT) was beneficial for breast cancer patients who are axillary lymph node-positive. However, the effectiveness of radiotherapy in pathological negative nodes (ypN0) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) remains open to considerable debate.
