Soil has high spatial variability. Under the change of water level, soil nutrient element content and enzyme activity do not show regular changes. Therefore, the effects of biological metabolism on soil nutrient element content and enzyme activity in the adult stage of Metasequoia glyptostroboides were proposed. The characteristics of the soil were extracted, the irreversibility, accumulation, concealment and refractory rationality of the nutrient element content in the soil were expounded. According to the soil characteristics, the relationship between the nutrient element content and enzyme activity in the soil was analysed. |
