In this paper, two species are newly recognized in Turkey. One is new to science, described as Zodarion kunti sp. n. (♂, ♀) from southeast Anatolian region. The other, Zodarion christae Bosmans, 2009 is found for the first time in Denizli, Antalya, and Muğla provinces. The spiders of the family Zodariidae are characterized by the absence of gnathocoxal serrula and by having long anterior spinnerets (Jocqué, 1991). |
