This paper aims at exploring and evaluating the main factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of technical students in Vietnam. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) developed by Ajzen (1991) was used as the basis for the research framework. A survey of 302 students in Hanoi University of Science and Technology shows that entrepreneurial intention is affected directly by attitude towards entrepreneurship and perceived feasibility, and indirectly by perceived self-efficacy and perceived feasibility. |
