Mục tiêu của bài nghiên cứu này là xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quyết định tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội tự nguyện trên địa bàn tỉnh Khánh Hòa. By a combination of the Exploratory Factor Analysis EFA method and Received multiple regression method the article examines the factors influencing April 09 2021 the decision to participate in voluntary social insurance in Khanh Hoa Accepted province. The sample includes 408 people participating in the survey about May 26 2021 voluntary social insurance in Khanh Hoa province. The study proposes Published 9 independent factors affecting the decision to participate in voluntary October 25 2021 social insurance in Khanh Hoa province. However the results show that there are 5 factors having statistically significant impacts on the decision to participate in voluntary social insurance in Khanh Hoa province.
