Nghiên cứu phương pháp vi ghép trong nhân giống cây cam Thanh Lân

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm ứng dụng kỹ thuật vi ghép tạo S0 sạch bệnh (Greening, Tristeza) giống cam Thanh Lân. Cây ghép trong ống nghiệm có 8 lá thật ra ngôi ngoài vườn ươm cho tỷ lệ sống cao nhất và giá thể tốt nhất cho cây ra ngôi từ ống nghiệm là hữu cơ + trấu hun + than bùn (1/3 : 1/3 : 1/3) + phân vi sinh sông Gianh kết hợp với phun Komix 5 ngày/lần. | Tạp chí Khoa học và Công nghệ Nông nghiệp Việt Nam - Số 09 130 2021 E ect of technical measures on growth and quality of Binh Chanh potted tuberose Polianthes tuberosa L. Le i u Hang Phan Diem Quynh Abstract is study aimed to determine the appropriate type of substrate fertilizer and growth regulators for the growth and quality of Binh Chanh potted tuberose Polianthes tuberosa L. . e study consisted of two experiments including experiment 1 Studying the in uence of the substrate and organic fertilizer Dynamic Li er on the growth of Binh Chanh tuberose experiment 2 Study on the e ect of growth regulator ProGibb 10SP Gibberellic acid 10 on ower quality of Binh Chanh tuberose. e results showed that Substrate 4 Coconut coirs raw rice husk red soil microbial organic fertilizer Song Gianh with a ratio of 1 1 1 1 2 combined with 5 g pot of organic fertilizer Dynamic Li er for the best growth of Binh Chanh tuberose. Plant height was cm with leaves and buds. Tuberose owered at - days a er planting. Flowering rate was the number of ower branches reached the length of branches was cm with ower buds. e substrate and organic fertilizer Dynamic Li er did not a ect the ower diameter. Growth regulator ProGibb 10SP at a dose of g L gave the best ower quality of Binh Chanh tuberose compared to other treatments owering at days a er planting owering rate the number of ower branches reached the length of ower branches was cm there were ower buds and the owers in a vase lasted for days.
