However checking veganicity in product is the great challenge that has no any concrete assay to find out whether the presence of ingredients animal in vegetarian food. For purpose to check whether or not the presence of animal ingredients in vegetarian food initiallly established PCR kit for detection of adultery from pork and chicken in vegetarian food based on the amplification of mitochondrial 16S rDNA which was specific to animal species by TP1 and TP2 primers. Stimultaneously the internal control was carried out by amplication of a noncoding region of chloroplast DNA genome by specific primer CLO1 and CLO2. The methodologic of these PCR kit was executed from in silico survey to in vitro. The initial experiment was carried out on 23 samples which were collected from local market and many vegeterian food companies. As the results 9 23 samples counting for were detected as containing of the animal ingredients that are controled with the internal control positive control and negative control. From the experimental results we confirmed that initially succeeded in establishment of PCR kit to aplly detecting the presence of ingredients animal in vegetarian food.
