In recent years, climate and environmental changes have brought about drastic and rapid shifts in the relative importance of individual sectors and occupations in the world economy. This means that more and more people will have to adapt to a change of job or career - almost certainly involving different skills - during their working life. In an attempt to address this issue, the author reviews the literature on the analysis of research to suggest theoretical as well as practical guidance to answer the question on how climate change affects occupational mobility in Mekong River Delta. |
