Abstract Cordyceps militaris fungal C. Miltaris is an entomopathogenic fungus with many medicinal values similar to Cordyceps sinensis and has been used for a long time in traditional medicines. Studies on Acute and sub-chronic oral toxicity of Cordyceps miltaris extract quot was conducted to evaluate the safety of C. Miltaris mushroom cultured on artificial media and was a prerequisite for the production of products capable of supporting and treating diseases. C. Miltaris mushroom is made by immersion method with ethanol 80 and combined with ultrasound. The acute and semi-chronic toxicities of C. Miltaris were evaluated by the Litchfield - Wilcoxon s method on mice. The results of acute toxicity study showed that C. Miltaris with the maximum dose in white mice was g kg body weight of mice with a mortality rate of 0 after 72 hours. The results of this study showed that C. Miltaris mushroom dose of g kg body weight of mice without any manifestations often about sub-chronic toxicity in mice for 60 days. Hematological parameters histology of liver kidney mice in the mices test batches are not different compared with the control batch. The results of the study showed that C. Miltaris mushroom on artificial media is not cause acute and sub-chronic oral toxicity on experiment animals and is a potential source of raw materials for research and applications.
