Port site metastasis (PSM) after laparoscopic Surgery for Renal Cell Carcinoma is asporadic disease. At Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, the first case of renal cell carcinoma was operated by laparoscopic surgery in 2006. Since then, we have only recorded 2 cases of PSM. Case 1: Tumor recurred 17 months after laparoscopic radical nephrectomy with the diagnosis of sarcomatoid RCC T1bN0M0; Case 2: Tumor recurred three months after laparoscopic radical nephrectomy with the diagnosis of clear cell RCC T1bN0M0. |
