Methods A case study of a 15-years-old child diagnosed with Oncocytic Adrenal Cortical Adenoma at the City Children s Hospital was reported. Patient admitted to the hospital complaining of having headache and significant on-going weight gain in duration 6 months. Patient was performed an CT scan of the abdominal area which later revealed an abnormal site positioning at the adrenal gland area of the kidney. The patient was underwent laparoscopic removal of the tumor the abnormal site and the specimens of the tumor were sent for histopathology report that agreed with our earlier suspected diagnosis and confirmed Oncocytic Adrenal Cortical Adenoma. Results Patient recovered well after operation and discharged within a short length of stay. Patient was scheduled for a routine check-up as per doctor requests. Conclusion Nowadays there are limited systematic review studies conducting an investigation about Adrenal -Cortical Adenoma in children with in-depth details describing characteristics of those examinations and clinical evidence disease differentiation and effective treatment plans. Laparoscopic was agreed to be a minimally invasive intervention procedure that was suitable and appropriately applied for this type of diagnosis.
