Evaluation experiment of salinity tolerance of 100 glutinous rice lines was carried out in salted Yoshida solution and natural saline soil for 21 days in order to select potential salt-tolerant lines for suitable glutinous rice cultivation in response to climate change. e results showed that QTL Saltol plays a key role in glutinous rice salt tolerance both in salted Yoshida solution and natural saline soil. Fourteen 14 glutinous rice lines with good salt tolerance for 21 days in both salted Yoshida .
