The development and widespread use of antibiotics is one of the most important public health interventions of the past century. However the overuse of antibiotics has led to an increasing rate of antibiotic resistance and has become a leading health concern in many countries. Objectives We conducted this study with the aim of describing antibiotic use practices of patients undergoing medical examination and treatment at Le Loi General Clinic in 2022. Methods A cross-sectional descriptive study was implemented from April 2022 - May 2023. A quantitative study conducted interviews with 242 patients. Results The results show that the percentage of patients with good practice on antibiotic use is of patients go to a medical facility or doctor before using antibiotics. of patients did not go to medical facilities or doctors before using antibiotics. of patients strictly followed the instructions in the prescription. Regarding the treatment when the disease is in remission after 3 days of using antibiotics of patients stopped using the drug and of patients shortened the day of use. Conclusion Due to the results there are some recommendations as follows For patients it is necessary to strictly follow the doctor s prescription on the type of .
