Lơ xê mi là nhóm bệnh rất ác tính trong số các bệnh lý huyết học với nhiều biến chứng và nguy cơ tử vong cao. Tuân thủ điều trị giúp nâng cao hiệu quả điều trị và chất lượng cuộc sống cho người bệnh. Adherence to treatment helps improve the effectiveness of treatment and quality of life for patients. Objective Describe the situation of compliance to treatment of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion NIHBT in 2022 Methods Cross-sectional study quantitative research. Results The study collected quantitative information from 170 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion NIHBT through questionnaires. The research results show that the rate of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia who adhered to treatment was 71 8 had adherence and 28 2 had not adherence. of patients comply with regular check-ups.
