Subjects-methods Cross-sectional description all pediatric patients diagnosed with spastic ce- rebral palsy according to common classification under 15 years of age at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. Result 70 of children with spastic cerebral palsy are over 24 months old the male female ra- tio is 1. Conclusions It is necessary to improve the diagnosis and early detection of the disease as well as the awareness of mothers to detect abnormal symptoms of their children early and take them to medical centers.
