Every in Vietnam between 1 200 to 1 400 children are diagnosed with hearing impairment. Early detection and early intervention play a very important role. Objective To review the service delivery model and offered services of speech therapy for children with hearing loss at Vietnam National Children s hospital. Methods Observation description. Results Vietnam National Children s hospital provides services of speech therapy interventions in a comprehensive full-fledged all-inclusive model in line with the standard global paradigm and meeting the demand for hearing loss examination and treatment. Conclusion The service delivery model and offered services of speech therapy at Vietnam National Children s hospital have provided positive treatment not only to deaf children but also to their families and the society.
