The role of CME in ensuring and improv- ing the quality of the health care system is becoming increasingly important. Objective Synthesize and analyze the content of legal documents QPPL related to CME activities. Methods Systematic review. Results Searched and analyzed 15 legal documents related to CME activities including Resolutions Decrees Laws Circulars and Decisions. Conclusion Legal documents related to CME activities are diverse issued by many levels Po- litburo National Assembly Government Ministry of Health Ministry of Finance . The content of legal documents mentions the role regulations scope objects and forms of CME activities in a specific way however punishment in legal documents need to be monitored and evaluated by management agencies more often to ensure the quality and effectiveness of CME activities.
