Objectives there were 180 nurses caring for patients in departments at Da Nang Oncology Hospital to join this study from 01 3 2021 to 01 10 2021. Method A cross-sectional descriptive study. Results The stress level of nurses who participated in this study was . Study show that there are 9 group factors causing work-related stressor the factor is relevant with dead pain of patients is hightest score 2 66 0 67 . Conclusion Nurses in the hospital had to face with stressors the hightest group factor is dead pain of patients 2 66 . The hightest stressors of nurses is realated with beholding pain of patients 3 15 0 69 .
