The paper applied the data from an in-depth interview with 165 enterprises in Quang Ninh, Lao Cai and Cao Bang provinces to analyze and evaluate the behavior of investors when deciding to invest in the Northern border provinces of Vietnam. This article evaluated and analyzed the behavior of investors when deciding to invest in four aspects: how to find information on investment location; analysis of investment location; decision process to select the investment location and process of investment deployment. |
