Research on skills on the one hand contributes to general knowledge about the process of formation and development of skills on the other hand helps to identify ways to form skills for learners and help them identify skills effectively. The article studies skills from a psychological perspective. Research results have raised two groups of pedagogical measures and have been experimentally proven to be feasible by organizing training on how to conduct self-study skills for students with technical skills through case exercises and practical exercises. Technical situations in the module of Occupational Psychology follow a defined skill system with a reasonable process thereby knowing how to apply occupational psychology knowledge into professional practice. These results contribute to the development of content and learning methods for students at University of Technology Education following the innovation trend.
