The paper presents the author’s research to meet the requirements of improving the efficiency of central budget allocation for different sectors and agencies, including agencies in the field of HE. This study collected both secondary and primary data from desk research, in-depth interviews and expert conferences. The literature review included the collection and analysis of funding allocation data for the 2016-2025 period. Laws, directives, policies as well as scientific articles were analyzed. |
