A data mapping is a metadata record used to generate or retrieve a routine that maps columns from one or more data sources into one or more data tables detail tables OLAP tables or OLAP MDDBs. Common mappings include one-to-one one data source to a target table joins one or more data sources merged by one or more common columns and unions two or more data sources appended to a target table . Here is one way to add a data mapping process in SAS Warehouse Administrator 1 In the Explorer select a detail table or a data table with the right mouse button. 2 Select Process from the pop-up menu. 3 In the Process Editor select the table with the right mouse button. 4 Select Add Inputs 5 Enter the mapping information.
