Specific diseases are covered in chapters on neurodegenerations such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson's, on demyelinating diseases, on autism, and so on. This volume on Neurochemical Mechanisms in Disease strives to encourage more chemically based definitions of these and other diseases.
