The Campus-RS™ SDI (Serial Data Interfaces) are interface modules that install directly into a Campus-RS remote or Campus-RS Star concentrator and provide serial data connections to routers and other network devices. The Campus-RS SDI can be used to provide high-speed connectivity for industry-standard bridge router type devices within a private network enterprise using the existing copper infrastructure. The SDI modules provide fractional bandwidth on the integrated local data port at speeds ranging from 56 kbps to Mbps and provide a variety of data clocking options including internal external or using the SDSL signal. Interface-specific settings can be accessed and configured from the front panel of the Campus-RS remote or Campus-RS Star concentrator.
