The maintainable varieties are keeping by farmers and their community they are maintaining for conservation and using this precious resource. Formal varieties systems exist and aim at the market it have been supported and sponsored by the government through the policy. But its capacity provide less than 30 amount of varieties seeds for extensional production meanwhile farmer s varieties systems provide about more 70 amount but farmer s varieties systems haven t been supported and sponsosred by the government. The research recommended five solutions of the technic and the policy about plant genetic resource as follows The couple of the conservation plant genetic resource with the using the socialization of plant variety task to establish and implement community breeding program to recommend farmer s right and to commercialization special agricultural products.
