The aim was to make use of the advantages of the re-circulating system and algal production in green tank in stabilizing water quality and in supplying food to rotifers in the culture system. Experimental system included rotifer tanks green-tank and bio-filter. The volume ratio of green-tank and rotifer tank was 20 1. Rotifers were stocked and maintained during the experiment period at 2 000 ind ml by daily harvesting. The experiment comprised 3 treatments of green-water integration including the control without green-water green-tank with fed-tilapia and greentank with non-fed tilapia. The results showed that integration of green-tank with the re-circulating intensive rotifer culture system was feasible. In integrated system tilapia in the green-tank should be fed at the ratio of 3 BW. Chlorella in the green-tank could be regularly harvested at 25 standing biomass per day in the whole experiment duration. At the initial algal density of 2 million cells ml the green-tank could provide more than 8 of total daily food consumption of rotifers in the system. The re-circulating intensive rotifer culture system integrated with greenwater tank could sustainably produce 440 15 rotifers ml day or 22 standing rotifer biomass per day in the culture period of more than 21 days.
