The 2004 Share Option Plan is administered by our Board which designates the optionees and dates of grant. The exercise price of an option granted under the 2004 Share Option Plan may be no less than 95 of the fair market value of an Ordinary Share as determined by the board on the date that the option is granted. Options granted vest over a period determined by the board terminate ten years from the date of grant unless otherwise determined by the Board and are non-assignable except by the laws of descent.
