INTRODUCTION TO Entries may not drag wires between two or more structurally separate parts of their robot. One portion of the robot is considered structurally separate from another if when the machine is lifted from a supporting surface and held from the other portion the two portions are supported mainly by wire. The 10 Electronics Rule To encourage creativity contestants may spend up to 10 of their own funds for the purchase of additional electronic components used in their design. Other than this rule robots must be designed completely from standard kit parts.
