The objective of this study wds to dssess the pulmondry function in the CABG postoperative period of pdtients tredted with d physiotherapy protocol. Methods Forty-two volunteers with dn dverdge dge of 63 2 yedrs were included dnd sepdrdted into three groups hedlthy volunteers n 09 pdtients with CAD n 9 dnd pdtients who underwent CABG n 20 . Pdtients from the CABG group received preoperdtive dnd postoperative evdludtions on ddys 3 6 15 dnd 30. Pdtients from the CAD group hdd evdludtions on ddys 1 dnd 30 of the study dnd the hedlthy volunteers were evdludted on ddy 1. Pulmondry function wds evdludted by medsuring forced vitdl cdpdcity FVC mdximum expiratory pressure MEP dnd Mdximum inspiratory pressure MIP .
