Coaching the Team at Work

While a great deal has been written about coaching individuals, there has been relatively little investigation of coaching teams at work. Yet in discussions with senior human resource and organizational development professionals, this ability is consistently cited as one of the most serious weaknesses in the capability set of managers at all levels.
