Bài tiểu luận tiếng anh chủ đề: ý kiến của bạn về việc học ngoại ngữ | Generally speaking, we should learn English as soon as possible, but we are talking about learning English, so what is the real state of learning English in VN. In my opinion, I think it is rather good in the big city, but not good in the rural areas. Partly because of lacking of money, so we can’t invest too much money in learning conditions, and the children must sit in the dark room with leaky roof. Sad to say, it is the fact in many provinces. In these areas, learning is not the main problem, they have many things to worry about like how to earn money, not like how to raise their children. I had a chance to go to my home town in Tien Lang – the outskirt of Hai Phong city, and see my mother’s high school. One thing I know is that it’s more obsolete than schools in city, the children in countryside has nothing comparable with their counterparts in city. Other thing we shouldn’t forget is the quality of teachers in the countryside. Maybe the salary that our government pay for them is not adequate to their ability, and the living standard in countryside is clearly very poor. So it’s why many students don’t want to work in their home village, most of them try to survive in the city full of competitions.
