The study was conducted to assess the knowledge level of the teachers working in the University of Agricultural Sciences Bangalore and this university consists of 4 campuses viz., College of Agriculture GKVK, College of Agriculture Hassan, College of Agriculture Mandya and College of sericulture, Chintamani. Population of the study consists of teachers, researchers and extension personnel working in UAS-Bangalore. Proportionate random sampling method was employed for selecting the sample. Thus the total sample size was 45.
