The main nuances arising from the implementation of such investments are shown. Possible investment directions and accordingly the nature of the possible return on them depending on which component of human capital is invested are indicated. A methodology for the formation of a risk management system arising during the implementation of investment policies is proposed and features related to the nature and nature of human capital are shown. Possible risks are indicated and described when making investments related to human capital and its accumulation.
