In continuation of our search for bioactive compounds from Rourea species in Vietnam, four compounds including vomifoliol, boscialin, abscisic acid and p-coumaric acid were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the leaves of R. harmadiana. Their chemical structures were elucidated by different spectroscopic methods. This is the first study of the R. harmandiana.
