Đặc điểm của gene rrn16S, trnK-UUU và sự phát sinh loài Adinandra megaphylla Hu thu tại tỉnh Lào Cai, Việt Nam

The rrn16S and trnK-UUU genes in the KEYWORDS chloroplast genome of A. megaphylla Hu were analyzed to determine the genetic relationship among the species collected in Vietnam and Adinandra Adinandra species published on GenBank. The results show that the rrn16S rrn16S and trnK-UUU genes in the chloroplast genome of A. megaphylla Hu are 1490 and 2591 nucleotides respectively. The trn-UUU nucleotide sequences of the rrn16S and trnK-UUU of A. megaphylla Adinandra megaphylla Hu Hu in Northern Vietnam were determined to have high similarity with DNA barcode several species of the Adinandra genus and this plant is most closely related to A. bockiana. A combination of the rrn16S and trnK-UUU genes can be a DNA barcoding candidate for determining the genetic relationship of A. megaphylla Hu. These results are fundamental for further studies on A. megaphylla Hu and other species of the Adinandra genus and contribute to research on the diversity and conservation of genetic resources in Vietnam.
