Scientific rational education and comprehensive physical science universalization are important guarantees for building a good foundation education for comprehensive improvement of physical fitness and comprehensive compliance with various health indicators in future. Therefore in order to use more effectively the role of the model the teaching method of physical education for the healthy development of the students physical health the author relies on the innovation of the model and organizational form. teaching methods of physical education and especially analyzing teaching perspectives teaching models teaching methods teaching means. Statistically analyzing and giving 4 points of view towards the relevance of physical education textbooks the rationality of physical education resources the comprehensiveness of scientific universalization of Physical Education and the interest in physical education teaching. The overall rationalization of the improvement and distribution of sports resources provides a possible solution which is expected to provide a strong reference for future Vietnamese research on sports issues.
