Research method Cross-sectional study using secondary data on medical human resources and annual activities from 2019 to 2022 and qualitative interviews with 12 medical staff of 6 clinical departments. Results Research results show that medical human resources in 6 clinical departments increased. The number of inpatients in 5 clinical departments except examination department was highest in the period 2021-2022 and lowest in the period 2020-2021. The average treatment time in clinical departments ranges from days to days. Factors affecting medical human resources include compensation education opportunities and human resource evaluation. Conclusion The hospital needs to have a better human resource development plan and human resource evaluation standards. Key words Clinical human resources activities of hospital Viet Duc Hospital.
