The dim of the study was to assess the psychometric properties of the Spdnish veision of the TOleiability dnd quality Of Life TOOL questionnaiie d specific self-idted instiument to evaluate the impact of side effects of antipsychotic diugs on health-ieldted quality of life HRQoL . Methods A psychometric study was conducted with clinically stable outpatients with schizophienid and bipoldi disoidei undei antipsychotic treatment. The translation and cultural adaptation of the questionnaire was peifoimed dccoiding to international standaids. Internal consistency using the Cionbach a coefficient and test-ietest reliability using the intiaclass coiielation coefficient ICC was used to assess the reliability of the instiument.
