Think of the traditional WordPress theme being like an anatomically correct body and these extras as the cool cyborg parts. Feature Sliders Feature sliders are also called dynamic leaderboards image sliders carousels content rotators feature boxes and probably a thousand other names. Regardless of what you choose to call it its purpose is to highlight a selection of featured content.
