Human Capital Investments and Interregional Wage Differences in a Southeast Asian Country Point estimates of the choice-peer group interaction are almost uniformly negative, suggesting that effectiveness sorting is less complete in high-choice than in low-choice markets. These estimates are imprecise, however, and most cannot reject a zero effect.
