The structure and morphology of the synthesized silver nanostructures were characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). It is well-known that their properties strongly depend on the size and morphology of the silver nanostructures. Therefore, in our work, silver nanostructures were prepared using a polyol process and the effects of synthesis conditions on the formation and morphology of silver nanowires were investigated.
