Abstract Background Ataxia-Telangiectasia syndrome is characterized by progressive cerebellar dysfunction conjuctival and cutaneous telangiectasias severe immune deficiencies premature aging and predisposition to cancer. Clinical and radiographic evaluation for malignancy in ataxiatelangiectasia patients is usually atypical leading to delays in diagnosis. Case
