The purpose of this study is to identify the main factors influencing consumer s behavior while travelling to Ukraine. The object of the study was the sample of people who are consumers of touristic services in Ukraine. The main hypothesis of the study was that consumer s behavior depends on variety of factors in Ukraine including but not limited to military conflict or terrorism. To improve the knowledge about various factors impact on consumer s behavior the factor analysis was used joined by a method of a principal components analysis in SPSS. Introduction Accoding to the WTTC 2019 the total contribution of Travel amp Tourism to GDP was USD 8 811 bn in 2018 10.4 of GDP and was expected to grow by 3.6 to USD 9 126.7 bn 10.4 of GDP in 2019. The direct contribution of Travel amp Tourism to GDP is expected to grow by 3.6 to USD 4 065 bn 3.5 of GDP by 2029. At the same time a share of international tourist arrivals in Ukraine was only 2 of all European destinations in 2017. Ukraine had some growth in international tourist s number of 75945 people in 2018 compared to only 39605 in 2017. If 2018 is compared to 2008-2013 - it is a 3-4 times smaller number.
